Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from dewdcare.com, operated by DEWD in the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm acceptance by email. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

Pre-orders. Where a product is sold ahead of a production batch, we will state this and email you an expected dispatch date. You may cancel an unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

Subscriptions. Subscription purchases are governed by our Subscription Policy.

Returns and refunds. See our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Product use. Our products are cosmetics for external use. Check the ingredients list before use if you have allergies. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Products are not intended to treat medical skin conditions; see a pharmacist or GP for medical concerns.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our liability for other losses is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
