Refund Policy

We stand behind DEWD with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 60 days of the delivery date and we will refund your order in full. We may ask what went wrong so we can improve, but a refund does not depend on your answer.

To request a refund, reach us through our contact page with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days of approval.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods, and your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
