Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all orders. We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

DEWD is launching with a founding production batch. Orders placed before the batch arrives are pre-orders: we will email you with your expected dispatch date, and dispatch tracked delivery as soon as your order ships. If your order has not shipped within 30 days of purchase, you may cancel for a full refund at any time via our contact page.

Once dispatched, UK tracked delivery normally takes 2–4 working days. You will receive tracking details by email.
